INITIAL APPOINTMENT
We recommend arriving at least
10 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork, ensuring your session can begin on time.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that unexpected delays can occur and will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals when possible. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our schedule, please note that the length of your service may be reduced if you arrive late. Clients arriving beyond a reasonable time may be required to reschedule or forfeit their appointment. Refunds will not be issued for lost treatment time or missed appointments resulting from late arrival.
LATE CANCELLATION
Cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $25 booking fee or 50% of the cost of your treatment, whichever is greater.
MISSED APPOINTMENT
Scheduled appointments that are "No-Show" will be subject to a charged at full price of your booked treatment. Please make sure to call us if you think you'll be late or won't be able to make it.
PRICES & PROMOTIONS
Special promotions and discounts may not be combined. Prices and services are subject to change at anytime without notice.
PAYMENT & GRATUITY
Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Gratuity for your specialist is optional and appreciated.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds or exchanges for services or products.

CHILDCARE
For safety reasons, we don't allow children under the age of 18 to be in our treatment rooms unless they are a client with parental consent. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
