It's our goal to provide a relaxing environment with the highest level of service by our trained professionals. Helping you look good & feel great!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your 1st appointment so that you have sufficient time to fill out paperwork.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, as time allows. However, the length of service may be shortened so as to not interrupt the appointments of other clients scheduled after you. There are no refunds on lost treatment time due to late arrivals
Cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $25 booking fee or 50% of the cost of your treatment, whichever is greater.
Scheduled appointments that are "No-Show" will be subject to a charged at full price of your booked treatment. Please make sure to call us if you think you'll be late or won't be able to make it.

There are no refunds or exchanges for services or products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For safety reasons, we don't allow children under the age of 18 to be in our treatment rooms unless they are a client with parental consent. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
