We recommend arriving at least

10 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork, ensuring your session can begin on time.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur and will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals when possible. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our schedule, please note that the length of your service may be reduced if you arrive late. Clients arriving beyond a reasonable time may be required to reschedule or forfeit their appointment. Refunds will not be issued for lost treatment time or missed appointments resulting from late arrival.

Cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $25 booking fee or 50% of the cost of your treatment, whichever is greater.

Scheduled appointments marked as a “No-Show” will be charged the full price of the booked treatment, and the treatment will be forfeited. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late or are unable to attend your appointment.

Monthly promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined. Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. All services and treatments are final sale, non-refundable, and expire five (5) years from the date of purchase.
